Our Services are

more than just outreach

  • Outreach Services

Our original purpose, our teams patrol 4-6 nights per week, spreading food, clothes, and love through the Downtown Eastside and neighbouring areas. Come learn more about how we conduct our outreach shifts below.

  • Referral and information Services

We listen to people. Like, really listen. The people we talk to are going through a time of crisis in life and it can be difficult to organise what steps to take next. Our volunteers are able to offer referrals to food bank, doctors office, mental/physical health supports, organizations which help obtain ID, substance reduction, substance abstinence and treatment programs, housing, and so much more. Learn more about some of the resources our teams utilise while out on shift.

  • Social Justice and Advocacy

People who experience health barriers, are homeless, and/or use substances are looked down upon by society. Street Saviours believes in the truth and value of each individual to live their life on their own terms, and we want society to end stigma against people who are often the most vulnerable in our communities. ;We also advocate for safe drugs supplies for those who may not be ready for reduction or abstinence based programs just yet.
